We offer free worldwide delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 - 72 working hours of placement, as long as complete and accurate shipping information is provided.

Wrong address was entered at the checkout:
Unfortunately, mistakes happen, if you have entered the wrong address at check please get in contact with us within 24 hours so that we can change the address before we ship your product out. After we have processed your order we will not be able to change the destination address and therefore cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit. If this has happened to you we highly recommend you contact the couriers.

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate. In case of missing or incorrect shipping information, we may contact you to confirm or update the details, which could result in delays.
If we need to verify or update your shipping information, we'll reach out to you via email. It's crucial to respond promptly to avoid any delays in the delivery of your order.
Failed delivery attempts:
If delivery attempts fail due to reasons such as unavailability or inability to contact the recipient, we'll promptly notify you via email with detailed instructions.
Please follow the provided instructions diligently, which may involve coordination with the local carrier to ensure successful delivery.
Return to warehouse:
In the event of failed delivery resulting in the package being returned to our warehouse, we'll inform you promptly via email. To arrange for re-shipment, a nominal fee of 8 USD is applicable to cover additional shipping costs.
It's essential to respond to the email within 10 business days; failure to do so will result in archival of the order without eligibility for refunds.
Archival of orders:
Orders not responded to within 10 business days of being returned to the warehouse will be archived. Refunds will not be issued for archived orders.

Delays in delivery may occur due to customs clearance processes.
Your local customs office may require supplementary documentation and time for package clearance, impacting the estimated delivery timeframe.
Delivery may be facilitated by either the local postal service or a courier company, with notification left for unattended deliveries for easy retrieval.
